Devin Berry is a guiding teacher at Insight Meditation Society. His practice is primarily informed by the metta and vipassana teachings within the Insight Meditation tradition. Devin has engaged in numerous silent long-term retreats to deepen his practice. He is dedicated to the liberation teachings of Buddhadharma, knowing that through the integration of reflection and insight, clarity and wisdom give rise to wise action. Devin regularly teaches at Insight Meditation Society and Spirit Rock Meditation Center as well as nationally. He lives in New England and in the San Francisco Bay Area.
