Pricing Policy

To keep retreat fees as affordable as possible while still covering our costs, we use a sliding fee scale for our retreats:

  • The Actual Cost is the fee that covers our expected costs, based on our best forecast of attendance.
  • The Minimum Fee and the Reduced Fee are offered to make the retreat affordable for those who would otherwise not be able to attend.
  • The SupporterSponsor, and Benefactor fees are suggested to those able to help us assure that others unable to pay the Actual Cost can still attend our retreats. Anything paid above the Actual Cost is treated as a charitable contribution to Mid America Dharma for support of the Scholarship Fund. We hope you see this as an opportunity to express generosity and to share your blessings with the whole sangha of those attending our retreats.
