Mary Burns is a meditation teacher and psychotherapist. As a Recognized Retreat Teacher of Insight Dialogue, she teaches and mentors internationally and offers Insight Dialogue online. For more than 3 decades she has been drawn to the intersection of eastern and western healing practices and has had the good fortune to study with many gifted teachers including Gregory Kramer, Stephen Gilligan, and John Welwood. Mary lives and works in Chapel Hill, NC.
